Rabi Dana Pani ("we," "us," "our") operates this online ordering platform for food delivery from our restaurant in Jalandhar, Punjab. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
All orders are subject to availability and our delivery radius. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including if the delivery address is outside our service area or if items are unavailable. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp after your order is accepted.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time. The price at the time of order placement is binding for that order.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Payment must be made in full to the delivery person upon receipt of your order. Online payment options may be added in future; these Terms will be updated accordingly.
You may cancel your order by calling us before preparation has begun. Once we have started preparing your order, cancellations cannot be accepted. Refunds for pre-paid orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days. For any issues with your order (wrong item, quality concern), contact us within 30 minutes of delivery.
Delivery is available within approximately 5 km of our restaurant. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic or demand. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, force majeure).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Food allergies: please inform us of any allergies when ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab.
